This paper aims to explore effective ways to improve the rationality of practice teaching evaluation system in higher vocational colleges in China. Through extensive research, this paper analyzes problems in practice teaching evaluation of higher vocational colleges in China. On the basis of studying the evaluation management methods commonly used by enterprises [9-11], this paper creatively introduces Personal Academic Commitment (PAC) into practice teaching evaluation system in domestic higher vocational colleges. PAC evaluates student practice process and results through four structured steps as shown in Figure 1 and Table 1. Applying this method to the course of “Integrated Practice of Network Services”, as shown in Table 2, students can be responsible to their own commitment. Teaching practice shows, PAC is conducive to cultivate students' professionalism such as honesty and trustworthiness, goal management, risk management, etc. under the historical background of “combining learning with working, and integrating of production, education and research” as shown in Table 3. Introduction Practice teaching is a purposeful attempt by students to transform nature, society and people themselves under the guidance of teachers. It is an important part of teaching to develop students' basic skills, verify knowledge, discover problems, analyze and solve problems, etc. It is beneficial to the improvement of students' professionalism and the formation of correct values. How to evaluate the effect of practice teaching objectively and accurately is not only a long-term confusion of educators, but also a subject that teaching theory researchers attach great importance to. In recent years, many scholars have carried out researches on practice teaching evaluation mechanism [1], evaluation system [2-4], evaluation method [5] and gained many valuable results. However, there are still some problems. Firstly, the main body of setting the evaluation criteria is unreasonable. At present, most of the evaluation criteria are set by schools, enterprises, or teachers [6] and the students being evaluated do not participate in the development of evaluation criteria, which are not suitable for every student with a large individual difference. Secondly, the existing evaluation systems only focus on the evaluation of knowledge and technical skills neglecting the cultivation and evaluation of professionalism, or to be more exact, lacking good ways to evaluate professionalism [7]. Finally, the practice teaching evaluation methods emphasize too much on the accuracy and fairness of the evaluation results rather than the feedback and inspiration of evaluation results [8]. This paper creatively proposes PAC which can be used in practice teaching evaluation system. PAC originates from Personal Business Commitment (PBC) but is different from PBC. PBC is a kind of personal performance management method in enterprises like IBM and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. [9]. In practice teaching, teachers and students can conduct PAC in every practice project. In PAC practice teaching evaluation system, students as the evaluated participate in the development of evaluation criteria.
