We investigate the occurrence and nature of naked singularities in thegravitational collapse of an adiabatic perfect fluid in self-similar higherdimensional space-times. It is shown that strong curvature naked singularitiescould occur if the weak energy condition holds. Its implication for cosmiccensorship conjecture is discussed.
