We compute the rates for $q \bar{q}$ annihilation into charginos andneutralinos by taking into account the effects of supersymmetric soft phases.In particular, the phase of the $\mu$ parameter gains direct accessibility viathe production of dissimilar charginos and neutralinos. The phases of thetrilinear soft masses do not have a significant effect on the cross sections.Our results can be important for sparticle searches at the LHC.Comment: 23 pape
