The "burst-like growth" regime is observed for the $^4$He crystals with thegrowth defects. The observation has confirmed the hypothesis for the samephysical mechanisms responsible for the transition of the crystalline facets tothe state of abnormally fast growth at high and low temperatures. Therelaxation process of the kinetic growth coefficient is found to be similar tothe relaxation of the elastic modules of the crystal at the end of the fastgrowth stage. The kinetic growth coefficients are determined at the stages offast and slow growth. The crossover from the fast to slow kinetics of crystalfacet growth is found to be drastic
