In this paper, the issue of dissipative control for a class of discrete-time T-S fuzzy singular Markov jump systems with state-dependent noise and asynchronous modes is investigated. The hidden Markov model (HMM) is introduced to observe the asynchronous phenomenon between the original system modes and the controller modes. Sufficient conditions are established in the form of strict LMIs to guarantee that the closed-loop system is stochastically admissible and strictly $(Q, S, R)-\beta $ dissipative. An asynchronous output feedback controller is successfully proposed, which is more general than synchronous and mode-independent ones. Finally, the effectiveness and validity of the obtained results are illustrated by a numerical example.
