The C‐terminal domain of Mycobacterium tuberculosis LexA has been crystallized in two different forms. The form 1 and form 2 crystals belonged to space groups P 3 1 21 and P 3 1 , respectively. Form 1 contains one domain in the asymmetric unit, while form 2 contains six crystallographically independent domains. The structures have been solved by molecular replacement.
