Poly[1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane(2+) [hepta‐μ‐sulfido‐trisulfidohexaantimony(III)]], {(C 10 H 26 N 4 )[Sb 6 S 10 ]} n , consists of novel [Sb 6 S 10 ] 2− layers containing Sb 2 S 2 , Sb 4 S 4 and Sb 7 S 7 hetero‐rings, which are separated by macrocyclic amine molecules. The macrocyclic amine molecules are disordered over two crystallographically distinct positions and are diprotonated in order to balance the charge of the anionic layers.
