In the title compound, C 15 H 15 N 3 O·3H 2 O, two of the three water molecules exhibit disorder. The molecular components are linked into a three‐dimensional framework by a combination of N—H⋯O, O—H⋯N and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.
