The effects of finite magnetization and electric polarization on dissipativeand non-dissipative (anomalous) transport coefficients of a chiral fluid arestudied. First, using the second law of thermodynamics as well as Onsager'stime reversal symmetry principle, the complete set of dissipative transportcoefficients of this medium is derived. It is shown that the properties of theresulting shear and bulk viscosities are mainly affected by the anisotropyinduced by external electric and magnetic fields. Then, using the fact that theanomaly induced currents do not contribute to entropy production, thecorresponding algebro-differential equations to non-dissipative anomaloustransport coefficients are derived in a certain derivative expansion. Thesolutions of these equations show that, within this approximation, anomaloustransport coefficients are, in particular, given in terms of the electricsusceptibility of the medium.
