Exhibition of Patients.?Dr. Affleck showed a case of cerebral syphilis, in which a complete paralysis of the right third, fourth, and sixth nerves had almost entirely disappeared under the administration of iodide of potash. Mr. Miles showed: (1) A case of excision of the tongue for malignant disease; (2) a boy on whom Koclier's operation for talipes had been performed. Mr. MacGillivray showed a patient after nephrotomy. Mr. Miles exhibited: (1) The tongue excised from the patient whom he had previously shown ; (2) casts and photographs of his case of talipes ; (3) a cast of a patent Meckel's diverticulum. Mr. MacGillivray showed : (1) a calculus removed by nephrotomy; and (2) a kidney from a case of nephrectomy. Communication.?Dr. AY.
