We study multi-lepton signatures of the triplet like charged Higgs at the LHCin the context of $Y=0$ triplet extended supersymmetric model (TESSM). In TESSMthe $h_i^\pm W^\mp Z$ coupling appears at tree level when the triplet vacuumexpectation value is nonzero, and because of the coupling the charged Higgsdecay channels as well as the production channels can dramatically change atthe LHC. We show that for the triplet dominated charged Higgs the mainproduction channels are no longer through the top decay or $gg$ and $gb$fusions since these are very suppressed due to the lack of triplet-SM fermioncoupling. In the numerical analysis, we consider also other possible productionchannels some of which have additional contributions from the diagramscontaining $h_i^\pm W^\mp Z$ vertex. We investigate the decay channels of atriplet like light charged Higgs ($m_{h_1^{\pm}}\leq 200$ GeV) and show thatdepending on the triplet component, the charged Higgs can substantially decayto $W^\pm Z$. We further examine the $3l$, $4l$, $5l$ multi-lepton signaturesof the triplet like charged Higgs by considering four different benchmarkpoints for which we perform PYTHIA level simulation using FastJet for jetformation at the LHC with 14 TeV. We found that for favorable parameters theearliest discovery with 5$\sigma$ signal significance can appear with earlydata of 72 fb$^{-1}$ of integrated luminosity. We also present the invariantmass distribution $M_{lljj}$ for ($\geq 3\ell)+(\ptmiss \geq 30$ GeV) and$(\geq 3\ell)+(\geq 2j)+(\ptmiss \geq 30$ GeV) and show that in addition to thecharged Higgs mass peak, an edge that carries information about heavyintermediate neutral Higgs bosons arises at the end of the mass distribution.
