International audienceTransportation is a rich and complex domain for studying the use ofinteractive systems because of the diversity of travellers, activities, systems, andcontexts of use, and the challenges that mobility represents for evaluation. Inthis paper we examine some new perspectives on transport and mobility andtheir impacts on evaluation. We propose to go beyond the evaluation of systemutility, compatibility, accessibility and usability, and adopt the inclusive conceptof User Experience. Finally we propose the use of a model-based engineeringapproach to take into account the variety of interactive systems, computingplatforms, and media used in transport
